  • All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note, that orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

We offer the following UPS shipping options:

  • FREE USPS Ground: 3-5 business days (domestic delivery).

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via UPS to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Time Estimates

Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet these estimates, shipping times may be impacted by factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Delivery estimates do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us at NAKLLC368@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue, and if necessary, initiate a claim with UPS on your behalf.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. UPS charges additional fees for address corrections, which will be passed on to the customer. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Returns

Product Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  1. Return Window: You may return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Condition of Return: Products must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a return. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged.

  3. Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns on any products that have been used or if the return request is made after 14 days from the delivery date.
